The focus of Ricks Custom Fabrication is the production of specialized parts and accessories for vehicles which are not available from any other source. We take pride in the fact that we buy only raw materials, and produce all our own parts. The parts which we manufacture are usually made from metals such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium, brass, or copper, although we do also make parts out of plastics, fiberglass, carbon fiber, lexan, acrylics and rubber. The services offered depend on the type of part to be built. Following is a list of the types of parts made here.

Sheetmetal, We can fabricate parts from all the materials listed above, in sizes up to full sheet sizes. Rick's has produced every conceivable automotive and cycle part from sheet metals. Floor panels, instrument panels, door panels, (inner, outer, upholstery) consoles, seat frames, inner fenders and splash guards, interior trim panels, body trim (belt line, window frame, wheel opening, side accent, )intake manifolds, oil pans, Rick's has also produced all major automotive and cycle parts using the metal spinning, and coach-building skills found in only the best fabrication shops in the world, using Pullmax universal machines and the English wheel to produce roofs, doors, fenders, running boards, patch panels, deck lids, motorcycle fuel tanks, and dashboards and more for a long list of satisfied customers.

Tubing, We have tube benders in all sizes from 3/16" to 1 3/4" and can bend any shape or size necessary. From fuel and brake lines, power steering air conditioning or vacuum tubes to roll bars and cages for competition vehicles. Headers and exhaust systems built with polished stainless steel have become one of our most famous products, and are beautiful, practical, and unlike any others you may have seen. we pay attention to details and do the job right.

Billet, Rick's Custom is home to a capable machine shop with 2 precision lathes, 2 vertical milling machines, a metal spinning lathe, and all measuring tools and standards. Any machined part can be produced here, and over the years nearly every part of a car has been made here, including internal engine parts, transmission and drivetrain equipment, suspension and ornamental pieces.

The machine shop is employed extensively in the manufacturing of tools, jigs, fixtures and forms for our own use in the building of finished products that are accurate and high quality. Plastics, parts like taillights can be made to almost any shape or size using incandescent bulbs, LED's, halogen or fiber optic lighting. Headlights can be swapped for a custom look and better performance. Also, fiberglass and carbon fiber can be used to save weight where necessary, and we have experience in producing these parts from either a clean sheet design or from a mold taken from an existing part. We can also install and fit parts purchased from outside vendors. Another unique process employed here is the molding of sheet stock to produce compound curved parts such as windows, windshields, canopies or headlight covers. Welding is a service that applies to all the metals and is so varied and extensive that a listing of the processes would not be practical. At Rick's we can TIG or MIG or gas weld damn near anything! Design services are available and include body styling and color coordination, interior design and layout, customizing, and general advice, as well as tongue in cheek criticism. Clean sheet engineering is no problem at Rick's, all aspects of automotive technology are understood and many projects built here came to us as nothing more than an idea. Through working with the customer to identify their goals and deciding the best way to meet them we have designed and built many award winning, successful and unique cars and motorcycles. Engine swaps, Electronic fuel injection, electronic engine management, transmission adaptors, custom suspension components are a few examples of the engineering art we have done in the past, from concept to reality.
